Actor Aamir Khan announced a break from the movies and acting, a few months ago. He was last seen in the movie Laal Singh Chaddha, opposite Kareena Kapoor Khan. A few unseen photos of Aamir Khan from his rare public appearance at an event have surfaced on Instagram, months after the actor announced his acting break.

Punjabi singer Jassi Jasbir, popularly known as Jassi took to his Instagram to share a string of photos with Aamir. They can be seen posing together. Khan is flashing a million-dollar smile.
In the photos, Jassi and Aamir both sported a black look. Khan opted for a black traditional kurta, with a similar colour scarf around his neck and white pyjamas. He looked dashing and spectacular.
Sharing the photos, the singer wrote, “Dil da ameer (man with a rich heart), Aamir Khan.” On Twitter, a user spoke about Aamir and wrote, “Great man, Aamir sir.” One fan of Khan was curious to know about the actor’s next movie. The fan tweeted and said, “‘Sir ka comeback ka koi irada nahi lag raha hai (looks like Aamir is not planning a comeback to films any time soon).”
Jassi also shared nother video of Aamir from the event. The video features Khan seated at the dinner table and listening to a singer sing.
Aamir announces acting break
Khan had announced his hiatus from acting, months after the release of his movie Laal Singh Chaddha. He spoke about his acting break at an event in November 2022. Aamir revealed why he has decided to take a break from his acting career. He mentioned he was supposed to work on a movie called Champions after LSC, however, he chose to take a break and spend time with his family.
The actor said, “When I am doing a film as an actor, I get so lost in that that nothing else happens in my life. I was supposed to do a film after Laal Singh Chaddha called Champions. It’s a wonderful script, a beautiful story, and it’s a very heartwarming and lovely film. But I feel that I want to take a break, be with my family, with my mom, my kids.”
Meanwhile, some months ago, the actor was clicked in the city at the engagement party of his daughter Ira Khan. He was spotted with his ex-wife Kiran Rao and son Azad. A video of Aamir dancing to Bollywood songs, with his cousin also made it to the internet. On several occasions otherwise, the Laal Singh Chaddha actor is clicked with his ex-wife Kiran Rao and son Azad.
On the work front, Khan was last seen in the movie Laal Singh Chaddha. The film received rave reviews from the critics but did not perform well at the box office. Laal Singh Chaddha also featured Mona Singh, Naga Chaitanya. And, the film is currently streaming on Netflix.
