Australian woman joins growing list of accusers claiming Russell Brand sexual harassed her

An Australian woman has joined the growing list of women accusing comedian Russell Brand of sexually harassing her.

The woman, given the psyudonym Rachel, has spoken out about the alleged incident that occurred 15 years ago while she was working in Los Angeles in the television industry.

Brand arrived at her office building in June 2008 to record his radio show with the BBC, which shared building space with her company.

She says she initially let him into the building after his entourage continuously rang the doorbell, something she told the group off for.

Thinking nothing of the interaction, Rachel says that she then went into the bathroom looking for a medication she was taking when she was spotted by Brand.

She says she squatted down to look in a cabinet and when she turned around, he had allegedly placed his groin near her face.

“He said, ‘I‘m going to f**k you.’ And I went, ‘Um, no, you‘re not.’ And he goes, ‘Yeah, I am.’ And I said, ‘No, you‘re not’,” she told 60 Minutes.

“And before you know it, his penis was on his hand and he was pretty much serving it to me, as he would a dish, or as you would serve someone some food.

“…He just kept saying, “I‘m going to f**k you. I’m going to f**k you.”

She says that the incident ended when someone from Brand’s team began “banging” on the door asking him to go to the radio studio.

The British comedian, 48, is facing accusations from four women of rape, sexual assault and emotional abuse, which were aired in an expose from the UK’s Channel 4 Distpatches.

Brand has vigorously denied all allegations against him, even suggesting the accusations were a part of a “co-ordinated media attack”. He has not been charged with any crime.

“Is there another agenda at play? Particularly when we’ve seen coordinated media attacks before, like with Joe Rogan, when he dared to take a medicine that the mainstream media didn’t approve of, and we saw a spate of headlines from media outlets across the world using the same language,” Brand said in the wake of the reports.

In a horror twist, Rachel texted a BBC producer to say that Brand had exposed himself to her, before finding out that he had been talking about it on air.

On the program, Brand spoke about actress Lucy Lawless, who he described as “in control of herself” before co-host Matt Morgan said that wasn’t the type of woman Brand “likes”.

“I won’t be able to drag her off into a cubicle and show her my pubicles, that would never go,” he said in the pre-recorded radio show.

Morgan then asked Brand: “How long ago did you do that last?”

“It’s been 25 minutes since he showed his willy to a lady,” he continued.

“Very easy to judge! Very easy to judge! To a receptionist,” Brand said between laughs.
