Council recommended to approve revised Claremont Yacht Club plans after SAT meetings

The Town of Claremont council has been urged to change tack and approve redevelopment plans from the Claremont Yacht Club after it took the fight to the State Administrative Tribunal.

Town officers have recommended council conditionally approve revised plans from the club at a special council meeting to be held on Monday, warning progressing to a full SAT hearing could result in “significant cost and staff resource implications”.
