Inside the new diet Kate Middleton could use now she lives in Windsor – details

0 27

Prince William and Kate Middleton have moved to Windsor with their three children Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, and they will now call Adelaide Cottage home. The royal residence is located in Windsor Home Park, meaning Kate will be able to easily embrace a country lifestyle and diet.

Although she doesn’t publicly comment on her lifestyle, the Duchess of Cambridge is thought to take a healthy approach to her daily meals.

And with her diet reportedly packed full of fruits and vegetables, Kate’s new life in Windsor will likely be complemented by the Windsor Farm Shop located nearby to her new home.

The Windsor Farm Shop was set up by Prince Philip in the early 2000s to sell goods from the royal estates and local suppliers in the Windsor area.

Along with high-quality meat, the Windsor Farm Shop also boasts milk from a Jersey herd at the Prince Consort Farm in Home Park.

Along with being fresh and healthy, produce from the Windsor Farm Shop will likely appeal to Kate and William as they are eco-conscious and likely support buying local.

Kate starts her day with a healthy smoothie which according to the MailOnline includes lots of vitamin-packed foods like kale, spinach, romaine lettuce, coriander, blueberries, matcha and spirulina.

The Duchess is also said to love a watermelon for lunch, which she enjoys in a salad with cucumber, avocado, onion, feta, mint, lime and a dressing of olive oil and apple cider vinegar.

But Kate also enjoys a treat from time to time, and she is famously quite the foodie.

On royal tours the Duchess has been known to be adventurous with the food she tries, opting for conch salad while visiting the Bahamas earlier this year.

She enjoys spicy curries and her chosen tipple is thought to be a gin and tonic at the end of a long day.

A keen cook, snippets of Kate’s kitchen antics have also been revealed over the years, and it seems the Duchess greatly enjoys cooking with her children when she has the time.

Kate has reportedly made pasta and pizza with her royal tots and she enjoys baking cakes for their birthdays.

“KP can be a little bit of a fishbowl.

“They wanted to be able to give George, Charlotte and Louis a bit more freedom than they have living in central London.

“It’s very much a decision that’s been led by the kids.”

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have retained Kensington Palace as their London residence and Anmer Hall in Norfolk as a family home.
