Kareena Kapoor Khan CONFIRMS being a part of Singham Again
Kareena Kapoor Khan is one of the most talented actors in Bollywood. The actress’ latest film Jaane Jaan released on Netflix today. In Jaane Jaane, which marked Bebo’s OTT debut, Kareena shared screen space with Vijay Varma and Jaideep Ahlawat.
Now, in a recent interview, Kareena Kapoor confirmed being a part of Rohit Shetty’s Singham Again. Yes, Kareena has confirmed that the rumours are true. And with this, Kareena will be reuniting with Ajay Devgn onscreen again. The actors have worked in movies like Golmaal 3, Satyagraha, Omkara and others.
Kareena Kapoor is a part of Singham Again
While talking about her ‘top priority’, Kareena told Film Companion, “Now, it’s no more about the stardom. I don’t want to do stardom anymore. I want to do characters because I’ve always wanted to be in front of camera and be known as an actor, that has always been a top priority.” The actress further mentioned that she’s having the ‘best time of my career right now’.
The actress further added, “With two films whether it’s Jaane Jaan or Buckingham Murders, I’m entering a phase which is unknown but I’m excited.” Adding to that, Kareena said that she wants to ‘explore’. It was then she confirmed being a part of Rohit Shetty’s Singham franchise. The actress said, “Of course, there will be The Crew and there will be Singham and there will be all of that which be whatever the quintessential heroine and Bebo. But I’m just loving exploring myself as an actor.”
Given that Kareena has now revealed that she’s a part of the Singham Again, it’ll be a treat to watch her in the action-packed movie.
Singham Again went on floors a few days ago. For the uninitiated, Ajay Devgn and Ranveer Singh had shared photos on Instagram. In the upcoming film, Ajay will be back as Singham whereas Ranveer is set to return as Simmba. On the other hand, Akshay Kumar will return as Sooryavanshi. For the unversed, Deepika Padukone is also a part of Rohit Shetty’s film.
