According to Pornhub, “lesbian” was the most searched term in its search engine, making it the most popular search in 2022. In data released Tuesday, the dirty deeds video website noted “hentai” — pornographic anime — was the second-most searched term in the United States, per New York Post.

Terms such as “blowjob,” “cosplay” and “trans” also experienced stimulated growth this calendar year, while “transgender” climaxed in popularity as the fourth-most viewed subject matter on Pornhub.

The X-rated site noted kinky content saw a 75% increase in viewership while stating its top searches were often influenced by worldly events and pop culture.

In terms of countries with most sexually stimulated viewers daily, United States ranked first, followed by United Kingdom, France, Japan, Mexico and Italy.

Abella Danger was ranked the top porn star in 2022, followed up by last year’s winner, Lana Rhoades, while Riley Reid, Violet Myers and Angela White rounded up the top five.

Traditional computer screens are no longer the default way to view all that porn. Pornhub said 86% of American viewers consumed their adult content on their smartphones.

As for which day was the most popular to watch the dirty stuff, Pornhub noted a lot of people streamed its content on Sundays.
