NSW Premier Dominic Perrottet has spoken to the media alongside his new ministerial team. 

"It's great to be here in Burwood today with the Liberal candidate for Strathfield, Bridget Sakr, as well as the new members of the New South Wales Cabinet from the Liberal Party," Mr Perrottet said during a media conference on Monday. 

Mr Perrottet said he wanted to congratulate Ms Sakr.

"She will be a great candidate for the Liberal Party for the seat of Strathfield and will make a wonderful member in representing this great local community.

"The Deputy Premier made a number of phone calls to our ministerial colleagues, as well as our parliamentary teams, and put together what we believe is a a team that has the experience, but importantly, the energy and the passion ... to take our state through this pandemic and to the next level."
