Regional travel linked to the resources sector has fuelled a jump in passenger numbers at Perth Airport to almost reach pre-COVID levels.
Latest figures reveal 14.176 million passengers passed through the airport in the last 12 months to June 30 across intrastate, interstate and international travel. That comes close to the 14.496 figure recorded in fiscal 2019.
