SINGAPORE – Like restaurants, the private dining scene in Singapore is taking off once again, now that the Covid-19 cap on visitors to homes has been lifted.
For much of the last two years, private dining businesses either could not operate because visitors were not allowed in homes, or chefs could host only up to five people a day or at a time.
