Now the 34-year-old social media star has shared the Barbie-themed nursery that matches her newborn’s unusual name.

“We do a shared sleep space with Malibu now in our room – but she loves to go in here and look around. Every time we change her she just smiles at all the colour,” Paytas said in the Instagram post.

“Thank you for all the love and support as a first-time mum. I love reading your comments and appreciate all the tips, buying recommendations, etc – there’s so much to learn but I’m loving every minute of it,” the YouTuber continued.

The nursery is decked out with a pink cot, changing table, rocking chair and other furniture. Above the cot is also a huge, brightly-coloured Barbie mural.

“Malibu’s daddy abba @moses_hacmon painted all this himself …isn’t that crazy, he transformed this room in the most beautiful way,” Paytas explained.

‘Abba’ is Hebrew for father as Hacmon is of Jewish descent.

While many fans gushed over the nursery, many were critical of the baby’s name.

“Her name says it all. She’s an object to be used by them. Not a real person in their eyes,” said one. “This is a child, not a toy,” said another.

“Sorry but very tacky,” commented a third.

“Malibu Barbie. It’s certainly a bold choice, glad mum, dad and baby are healthy and happy but that’s a name,” declared another critic on an earlier post.
