The home with five bedrooms and 7 ½ bathrooms also comes with several disappearing walls of glass, a swimming pool with floating zero-edge sides, a swim-up bar, an outside barbeque kitchen with a pizza oven, a man cave, a theater and a 700-square-foot wine cellar.
The Jacob and Alona Kost Trust sold the home. Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty agents Michel Edery, Frank Aazami, Jessica Jablonski and Geoffrey Jablonski brokered the sale.
